What to Expect On Your
Day Of Service
We love to communicate with our customers!
- The day before you should have recieved a call or voicemail to remind you of the appointment
- The day of service you will receive a text when we are leaving our previous appointment; we will call if we are more than 10 minutes from the appointed time.
- Please have all delicate decorations and knick knacks removed from the areas to be cleaned.
- We will move as much furniture as we can to get underneath and behind.

ABOUT PIONEER FLOORCARE
I love cleaning carpets. When I was younger I spent 8 years apprenticing under a friend from church. I learned the trade and came to enjoy the challenges it presented with getting an end result that both the customers and myself could be proud of. I eventually went on to work in other industries in the state of Alaska, but have always known I would one day own my own carpet cleaning business. I enjoy the opportunities that being self-employed offers and love being able to provide for my family through good hard work.
The look of surprise and appreciation on a customer’s face for the work that I do makes it worth every job I perform in the Eagle River, Anchorage, Palmer, and Wasilla. I pride myself on my work, and I know I may not always be the most inexpensive option around – but I know I can provide a service that goes beyond any run of the mill cleaning company in the area.
